I can still download it on pc's other than my own. Is the problem the download itself or do you get a Windows notification that doesn't want you to execute the game?
If it looks something like that, you can just click on more info and then click the button to run it anyway. That is a problem i also had on the other PC, but if you can do that it should be working normaly.
